Life Direction Day

Get Clear.

Get Focused.

Know What to Do Next.

In a Single Day.

You’re not confused because you’re incapable.

You’re confused because you’ve been carrying too many unanswered questions for too long — by yourself.

At some point, thinking harder stops helping.

Over years of coaching, teaching, and guiding people through moments of transition, I’ve noticed something consistent: clarity doesn’t come from more analysis—it comes from slowing the right questions down with the right perspective in the room.

People usually know more than they think; they just can’t see it while they’re inside the noise of their own life. My role isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to help you see what’s already true, so your next direction becomes obvious and trustworthy.

This is for the moment when...
  • You keep circling the same questions

  • You feel busy but not aligned

  • Something feels off, but you can’t name it

You know a change is coming, but not what it should be

You don’t want another program — you want clarity you can trust

Life Direction Day exists for that moment.

Before:

  • Busy but unclear

  • Multiple priorities pulling you

  • Diffuse energy

After

  • Clear direction

  • One actionable focus

  • Energy realigned

You bring:

  • Your real questions (not the polished version)

  • A willingness to slow down instead of push harder

  • Honesty about what’s working and what isn’t

  • Openness to see patterns you may be too close to notice

  • Readiness to make a few clear decisions instead of more lists

Not perfection.
Not certainty.

Just presence and honesty.

By the end of the day, you will know:

  • What actually deserves your attention right now

  • What’s draining you and needs to stop

  • What direction makes sense next

  • How to move forward without second-guessing yourself

Not hypothetically.
Not someday.

Now.

I bring:

  • Perspective from outside your internal loop

  • Pattern recognition across life, work, values, and energy

  • Structure that turns reflection into direction

  • Tools to help slow things down until what matters becomes clearer

What happens in this day

Key Details

Why a full day

Because clarity doesn’t happen in fragments.

A single conversation isn’t enough.
And dragging this out over months keeps the fog alive.

One uninterrupted day allows us opportunity to:

  • see the whole picture

  • make real decisions

  • and close loops that have been open too long

Who this is (and isn’t) for

This is for thoughtful, capable adults who:

  • are stable (not in acute crises)

  • are reflective

  • are ready to be honest

  • and want direction, not reassurance

This is not therapy.
This is not crisis support.
This is not motivation.

It’s discernment.

Format

  • Private, 1:1

  • Full day (9–5 with breaks)

  • Virtual or in-person by arrangement

  • Preparation required

  • Fit matters

Investment

A thoughtful full-day experience starting at $3,500. In-person option available for an additional fee.

Next Step

If this resonates, the next step is simple.

You’ll complete a short reflection and readiness questionnaire.

If it’s a fit, we’ll schedule the day.
If it’s not, I’ll tell you.

Either way, you’ll know.
